I have become obsessed with pancakes, the more exotic and decadent the better. This blog is dedicated to my search for Los Angeles' most awesome pancake.
I will try to post at least two reviews per month. If anyone has favorite pancake joints in the Los Angeles area (I'm going to purposely leave that vague so that the ideal pancake will not be overlooked because it's on the wrong side of a freeway), please feel free to suggest them in the comment sections, which will be moderated for now until I can gauge whether spam will be an issue.
